Core Charge Policy

TRANSFER CASE CORE POLICY

Credit penalty/penalties will be issued to cores returned with the following conditions:

  • One broken case: Minimum $200 charge
  • Both broken cases: Minimum $400 charge
  • Oil not drained: $75 charge
  • Completely blown apart core with no rebuildable value: $100 credit for tote return
  • Core returned without plastic tote: $100 charge for tote

 

NOTE: Customer is liable for any freight claims arising from the failure to properly drain their return cores.
